Is it free?
Yes. Every tool on Cyber Cafe Utility Suite is free to use.
Are my documents uploaded?
No. Files open and are processed inside your own web browser. Nothing is sent to our server, and closing the page removes them.
Which browser should I use?
A current Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer or Android phone works best.
My e-Aadhaar PDF asks for a password.
It is the first 4 letters of the name in capital letters followed by the year of birth, for example RAHU1990.
The printed card or photo is the wrong size.
In the print window set Scale to 100% (Actual size) and choose the same paper size as in the tool.
How do I type in Bangla?
Open Bangla typing and type in English letters: “ami banglay likhi” becomes আমি বাংলায় লিখি. Press Ctrl+M to switch between Bangla and English.
How do I make a PDF smaller for an online form?
PDF tools → Compress → “Under a size limit”, type the limit in KB, then press Compress PDF.
How do I make a photo or signature exactly 20 KB?
Image and scan studio → choose the preset → set Min and Max KB → Download.
Can I hide a number in a PDF?
PDF tools → Edit PDF → Whiteout over it, and tick “Remove covered content for good” so the number is really gone.
Is this a government website?
No. Cyber Cafe Utility Suite is an independent tool and is not connected with UIDAI, the Election Commission, NHA / PM-JAY or any government body.
