Printable covers for PVC cards
Make ATM-style paper khaam (sleeves) for PVC cards. Pick the card type (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, Ayushman, ration card, driving licence and more) and one of five designs, add your shop name, services and phone for the back, and print four khaam on one A4 sheet. Each piece has a solid cut line, dashed fold lines, glue flaps and a thumb notch on the open side, so the card slides in from the side like an ATM card. The default size, 87.6 × 57 mm, fits an 85.6 × 54 mm card.
How to use it
- Choose the card type and a design.
- Type your shop name, services and phone for the back.
- Set the number of copies and download the PDF or print.
- Cut on the solid line, fold on the dashed lines, glue the two flaps behind and slide the card in from the side.
Questions
What size is a PVC card cover?
A PVC card is 85.6 × 54 mm, so a cover of about 87.6 × 57 mm fits it with a little room. Change the size if your sleeves are different.
Does it use the Aadhaar or government logo?
No. Official logos and emblems may not be used on commercial products, so the covers use titles and simple icons only.
